目的探讨影响高校护生在交流情景中表现出的交流恐惧的相关因素。方法采用交流恐惧自陈量表(PRCA-24)对314名在校护生进行测试,并对结果进行分析。结果性别、年级、来源、是否独生子女等作为单独因素对高校护生的交流恐惧没有明显影响(P>0.05),文理生与家庭经济状况对高校护生的交流恐惧状况在某些维度上有较为显著的影响(P<0.05);双因素分析发现性别、年级因素分别与家庭经济状况之间存在交互作用(P<0.05)。结论性别、年级、文理科、家庭经济状况、成长环境、家庭背景以及是否独生子女等因素影响高校护生的交流恐惧状况,本文结果可为进一步消除或缓解高校护生的交流恐惧提供相关的研究依据。
Objective To explore the factors that affect the communication fears of college nursing students in the communication scenarios. Methods A total of 314 school-based nursing students were tested using the Communicative Prophylaxis Inventory (PRCA-24), and the results were analyzed. Results Gender, grade, source, whether or not one-child and so on, as a separate factor, had no significant effect on the communicative fear of college nursing students (P> 0.05). The fear of communication between college students and college students in some aspects (P <0.05). Two-factor analysis showed that gender and grade factors had interaction with family economic status (P <0.05). Conclusions Gender, grade, arts and sciences, family economic status, growth environment, family background and whether or not the only child affect the communication fears of college nursing students. The results of this article may provide relevant research to further eliminate or alleviate the fear of communication among college nursing students in accordance with.
