伴随着国民经济的快速发展,全球经济一体化高速发展达到了前所未有的顶峰。在当前经济全球化发展形式环境下,外国企业出现了新型的管理模式。而我国企业的管理模式还是陈旧的,基本不变的,产品在升级换代后并没有得到根本上的改观,同时生产成本的严重浪费,导致了利润率普遍不高,很难和国外企业相抗衡,因此如何改善经济全球化下的企业管理模式成为了我国企业发展的重要问题,本文主要从人才规划方面探讨了经济全球化下的企业管理模式的创新。
With the rapid development of the national economy, the rapid global economic integration has reached an unprecedented peak. Under the current environment of economic globalization, foreign enterprises have emerged in a new type of management mode. However, the management mode of our country’s enterprises is still old and basically unchanged. After the upgrading, the products have not been fundamentally changed. At the same time, the serious waste of production costs leads to the low profit rate and hardly to compete with foreign enterprises Therefore, how to improve the enterprise management mode under the economic globalization has become an important issue for the development of our country’s enterprises. This paper mainly discusses the innovation of the enterprise management mode under the economic globalization from the aspect of talent planning.
