国内高校的教育教学日益呈现出国际化的发展倾向,其中外教无疑是高校教育团队中骨干,也是外语教学和国际化课题研究中不可或缺的人才。可以说,高校外教管理不仅仅关系到高校的教学水平,它也关系到我国经济建设和社会的发展。因此,做好高校外教管理工作就显得至关重要。本文从四个方面出发,一、细心、严格完成外教聘请工作;二、外教教学管理的加强与完善;三、对外教在华生活提供帮助;四、外教管理事务中的冲突与解决,来阐明中外合作办学模式下高校外教管理的若干细节。
The domestic colleges and universities are increasingly showing their tendency of internationalization in their education and teaching. Foreign teachers are undoubtedly the backbone of the university education team and are indispensable talents in the research of foreign language teaching and internationalization. It can be said that the management of foreign teachers in higher education is not only related to the teaching level of colleges and universities, but also to the economic construction and social development in our country. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job in the management of foreign teachers in colleges and universities. This article starts from four aspects. First, we should conscientiously and strictly complete the hiring of foreign teachers. Second, the strengthening and perfection of foreign teaching management. Third, we should help foreign teachers to provide education in China. Fourth, we should clarify the conflicts and solutions in the management of foreign teachers.
