采用随机区组试验设计,在正常灌溉和干旱胁迫处理下,对47份我国常用亲本自交系耐旱性及各项指标进行筛选和鉴定。结果表明,在重度干旱胁迫条件下,耐旱性极强的自交系有3个,分别为英64、478、掖52106;耐旱性强的自交系有15个,分别为38-11、Mo17、吉853、自330、III.Hy、黄C、沈5003、444、Lx9801、丹340、郑58、C103、郑22、吉63、X178。在中度干旱胁迫条件下,耐旱性极强的自交系有3个,分别为英64、38-11、齐319;耐旱性强的自交系有8个,分别为Mo17Ht、郑58、K12、L289、塘四平头、444、478、沈5003。
Randomized block design was used to study the drought tolerance and the indexes of 47 common inbred lines in our country under the condition of normal irrigation and drought stress. The results showed that in the condition of severe drought stress, there were 3 inbred lines with strong drought tolerance, respectively 64478 and 52106 Ying; and 15 inbred lines with strong drought tolerance were 38-11 , Mo17, Kyrgyzstan 853, from 330, III.Hy, yellow C, Shen 5003,444, Lx9801, Dan 340, Zheng 58, C103, Zheng 22, Kyrgyzstan 63, X178. Under the conditions of moderate drought stress, there were 3 inbred lines with strong drought tolerance, which were Ying 64, Chupi-81 and Qi 319, respectively. There were 8 inbred lines with strong drought-resistance, which were Mo17Ht and Zheng 58, K12, L289, Tong Siping, 444,478, Shen 5003.
