目的研究问荆合剂对II型胶原诱导大鼠关节炎模型IL-1β和TNF-α及滑膜的影响。方法采用II型胶原诱导大鼠关节炎模型,以雷公藤多苷作对照,通过对大鼠的关节肿胀指数、外周血IL-1β和TNF-α和关节滑膜的病理变化及含药血清对滑膜细胞增殖的观察,探讨问荆合剂治疗类风湿关节炎的部分作用机理。结果问荆合剂能显著减轻大鼠关节肿胀指数、显著降低外周血IL-1β和TNF-α、减轻关节滑膜病理改变、抑制滑膜细胞的增殖。结论问荆合剂抑制IL-1β和TNF-α及抑制滑膜细胞的增殖是其治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机理之一。
Objective To investigate the effects of Wenjing Mixture on IL-1β and TNF-α and synovial membrane in type II collagen-induced arthritis rats. Methods The rat model of arthritis induced by type II collagen was used to compare the pathological changes of IL-1β and TNF-α in the peripheral blood and the pathological changes of the joint synovium with the serum of the rats with the joint swelling index of rats, Tripterygium glycoside as a control. To observe the proliferation of synovial cells, to explore the partial mechanism of action of Wenjing Mixture in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Results Wenjing Mixture can significantly reduce the joint swelling index of rats, significantly reduce IL-1β and TNF-α in peripheral blood, reduce the pathological changes of synovial membrane, and inhibit the proliferation of synovial cells. Conclusion Wenjing Mixture inhibits IL-1β and TNF-α and inhibits the proliferation of synoviocytes is one of the mechanisms of its effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
