为解决综放工作面上隅角瓦斯治理难题,提出高位定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术方法。以王家岭煤矿为试验对象,通过理论计算、数值模拟方法,确定高位定向钻孔布设合理层位,并以此指导高位定向钻孔施工。工业试验表明:上隅角瓦斯浓度由原0.56%~0.98%降至0.42%~0.68%,解决了上隅角瓦斯超限问题,实现了综放工作面的高效、安全生产。
In order to solve the problem of gas treatment in the upper corner of fully mechanized coal caving face, a gas drainage method with high directional directional long borehole is put forward. Taking Wangjialing coal mine as the test object, through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, the rational stratification of high directional directional drilling is determined, and the high directional directional drilling is guided. Industrial tests show that the methane concentration in the upper corner decreases from 0.56% -0.98% to 0.42% -0.68%, solving the gas overrun problem in the upper corner and realizing the efficient and safe production of the fully mechanized caving mining face.
