会展活动不仅是参会者单一地参加展览或举行会议,还需要主办方为参会者及观众提供相应的配套服务,来支撑会展活动,例如酒店和餐饮服务。随着大型会展活动举办的增多,对大型餐饮的需求与日俱增。但国内展会的餐饮存在着就餐不方便、餐饮价格高、品种少等问题。需要改善餐饮管理来满足参会者的需求,提高参会者满意度。本文从会展主办方的角度,探讨餐饮在会展服务中的重要性,以国家会议中心为例,提出发展会展餐饮的模式。
MICE events not only allow participants to participate in exhibitions or conferences solely, but also require organizers to provide attendees and visitors with supportive services such as hotel and catering services. As large-scale events take place, demand for large-scale catering is on the rise. However, the domestic food show there dining inconvenience, high food prices, fewer varieties and other issues. There is a need to improve catering management to meet the needs of attendees and increase attendee satisfaction. This article discusses the importance of catering in the exhibition services from the perspective of the convention organizers. Taking the National Convention Center as an example, this paper proposes the mode of developing catering for conventions and exhibitions.
