近年来 ,随着农村改革的深化和农民自身意识的增强 ,农民上访问题呈现出越来越严峻的态势 ,对此 ,各级党委政府作了大量化解矛盾工作 ,许多有识之士亦不断大声疾呼要保护农民利益。虽然对解决农民上访问题仁者见仁、智者见智 ,但是 ,从根本上说 ,应以“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,在基层党委政府领导和决策、在理顺村两委关系、在保障农民各项合法权益等方面都应代表好、实现好、维护好广大农民的利益。我们在此选取的五篇文章 ,分别从不同的角度探讨了解决农民上访问题的基本思路。
In recent years, with the deepening of rural reform and peasants’ self-awareness, the petition of peasants has become more and more serious. In this regard, party committees and governments at all levels have made a lot of efforts to resolve conflicts and many people of insight are constantly crying out loud To protect the interests of farmers.
