本调查采用简便易行的“透明胶纸粘贴法”,对北京、甘肃、高海拔地区、青海等826名武警战士进行蠕形螨感染调查,结果总感染率为49.39%,其中感染单纯毛囊蠕形螨为44.19%,单纯皮脂蠕形螨为2.54%,两种螨虫混合感染22人,占感染总数2.66%。驻北京战士感染率为48.35%;驻甘肃,高海拔地区——青海总感染率分别为44.83%,51.18%,经统计学处理无显著性差异。不同种类蠕形螨感染度调查中1~5条为轻度感染,6~10条为中度感染,11条以上为重度感染,又经统计学处理后,1~5条与6~10条,11条以上有显著性差异(P<0.01),1<5、6<10、11条以上单纯毛囊蠕形螨与单纯皮脂蠕形螨均有显著差异(P<0.01),6~10条与11条以上单纯毛囊与单纯皮脂均有显著差异(P<0.1)。农村、城镇战士螨虫感染率分别为44.83%,51.18%,无显著性差异(P>0.05)
In this investigation, simple and easy “transparent tape affixing method” was used to investigate vermiform mite infection in 826 armed police soldiers in Beijing, Gansu, high-altitude areas and Qinghai. The overall infection rate was 49.39%, of which infection of simple hair follicles Acaroid was 44.19%, pure dermal mite 2.54%, two kinds of mites mixed infection 22, accounting for 2.66% of the total number of infections. The infection rate in Beijing was 48.35%. In Gansu and high altitude areas, the overall infection rates in Qinghai were 44.83% and 51.18% respectively. There was no significant difference after statistical analysis. In the survey of different types of Demodex, 1 to 5 were mild infections, 6 to 10 were moderate infections, 11 were severe infections, and after statistical treatment, 1 to 5 and 6 to 10 (P <0.01). There was a significant difference (P <0.01) in the number of Demodex folliculorum and simple dermatophagous follicles in the range of 1 <5,6 <10,11 between 6 and 10 There were significant differences between 11 simple hair follicles and simple sebum (P <0.1). The infection rates of mites in rural areas and urban soldiers were 44.83% and 51.18% respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05)
