我县已发展成北方冷凉区极早熟、早熟玉米杂交种子的重要生产基地,年制种面积1.5~3万亩,制种田母本与父本行数之比,由历来的3:1几经改进增加到5:1、6:1,使亩产增加了10~13%。但父本仍占制种面积的1/6或1/7。为了有效地利用这部分面积,提高制种效益,1990年在总结生产经验的基础上,开始此项研究,预想全田播种母本,父本点播行间,进一步增加制种产量。
Our county has developed into a very early maturing and precocious maize hybrid seed production base in the cold area of northern China. The annual seedling area is 1.5-300 mu, and the ratio of the number of maternal and paternal lines in farming is from 3: 1 The improvement increased to 5: 1, 6: 1, increasing the per-mu yield by 10% to 13%. However, the male parent still accounts for 1/6 or 1/7 of the area planted. In order to effectively use this part of the area and improve seed production efficiency, based on summing up the production experience in 1990, this study was started.
