中小企业已成为解决社会剩余劳动力的主要市场,同时也是反映各地经济增长和人民生活幸福指数的“风向标”。本文主要分析了作为组成中小企业核心竞争力之一的企业文化建设方面存在的问题,并对其存在问题给出提高中小企业管理者的思想认识,完善中小企业内部规章制度和建立健全规范用人机制体制,从而为中小企业注入活力,使其为社会做出更大贡献。
SMEs have become the main market for solving the social surplus labor force and also the “benchmark” reflecting the economic growth and the happiness index of people’s livelihood in various places. This article mainly analyzes the problems existing in the construction of corporate culture as one of the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and gives some suggestions on how to improve the thinking of SME managers and improve the internal rules and regulations of SMEs and establish and improve the standardization of employment mechanism System so as to inject vitality into the SMEs and make them make even greater contributions to the society.
