目的 :观察益寿调脂片和舒降之治疗用药对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔血中脂质代谢、自由基、一氧化氮 (NO)和主动脉内膜斑块的影响。方法 :将 32只新西兰兔随机分为正常组 (8只 )、造模组 (2 4只 ) ,正常组喂普通饲料 ,造模组喂高脂饲料 ,8周后造模组再随机分为模型组、益寿调脂片组 ,舒降之组。用药 4周后 ,抽血测生化指标。结果 :(1)益寿调脂片能提高超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性 ,抑制高脂所致的血清 NO降低和脂质过氧化物的升高 ,降低血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)水平 ,且提高 SOD活性方面优于舒降之 ,在升高血清 NO和降低丙二醛 (MDA )方面也好于舒降之 ,但无统计学意义。 (2 )病理形态学检查显示 :益寿调脂片组兔主动脉斑块明显减少 ,动脉内膜增厚不明显 ,无明显平滑肌细胞增生和弹力纤维形成。结论 :益寿调脂片通过调脂、提高 SOD、NO的含量及活性、抑制脂质过氧化物的形成、减少脂质在动脉壁上沉积而起到抗动脉粥样硬化的形成作用。
Objective : To observe the effects of Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet and Shu Jiangzhi on the lipid metabolism, free radicals, nitric oxide (NO) and aortic intimal plaque in rabbits with experimental atherosclerosis. METHODS: Thirty-two New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into normal group (8 rats) and model group (24 rats). The normal group was fed normal feed, and the model group was fed high-fat diet. After 8 weeks, the model group was randomly divided into Model group, Yishou Tiaozhi tablet group, Shujiang group. After 4 weeks of treatment, blood samples were taken to measure biochemical indicators. Results: (1) Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet can increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), inhibit the decrease of serum NO and the increase of lipid peroxidation caused by high fat, and decrease serum total cholesterol (TC), Levels of triglyceride (TG) and SOD activity were better than those of the systolic and descending, and serum NO and malondialdehyde (MDA) were also better than those of systolic and diastolic, but there was no statistical significance. (2) Pathomorphological examination showed that the aortic plaques of rabbits in Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet group were significantly reduced, and the intimal thickening of arteries was not obvious. There was no obvious proliferation of smooth muscle cells and elastic fiber formation. Conclusion: Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet can play a role in the formation of anti-atherosclerosis by regulating lipids, increasing the content and activity of SOD and NO, inhibiting the formation of lipid peroxides, and reducing the deposition of lipids on the arterial wall.
