阿德勒的人格理论不仅强调了遗传和环境对人格形成的双重作用,而且重视意识的作用。他的人格动力理论、生活风格理论、个体发展、社会兴趣理论对培养儿童健全人格具有指导意义。培养儿童健全的人格应给予儿童科学的爱,避免形成错误的生活风格;优化儿童教育环境,帮助儿童形成健康的生活风格;改变错误的生活风格,帮助儿童选择合理的行为方式;培养儿童的社会兴趣,从而促进儿童的人格健康发展。
Adler’s personality theory not only emphasizes the dual role of heredity and environment in the formation of personality, but also emphasizes the role of consciousness. His personality dynamics theory, life style theory, individual development and social interest theory have guiding significance in cultivating children’s healthy personality. To cultivate children’s healthy personality should give children a scientific love to avoid forming a wrong life style; to optimize the education environment for children and help children form a healthy life style; to change the wrong life style and help children to choose a reasonable behavior style; to cultivate children’s society Interest, thereby promoting the healthy development of children’s personality.
