1990年7～8月间,北京市大兴县小黑垡村因食用面粉引起91人中毒。经流行病学调查,中毒临床表现和实验室检查确认为食用磷酸三甲苯酯污染面粉引起的食物中毒。调查结果报告如下。
Between July and August 1990, 91 people were poisoned in Xiaoheijian Village, Daxing County, Beijing due to consumption of flour. The epidemiological investigation, clinical manifestations of poisoning and laboratory tests confirmed the consumption of tricresyl phosphate contaminated flour caused by food poisoning. The survey results are reported below.
