昌平县卫生防疫站在实行专业技术职务内聘制,和内聘工资的人事及分配制度改革的基础上,1994年8月又进行了第二次人事及工资制度改革并取得了良好的效果。职工的工作积极性进一步提高,全站整体业务技术水平显著增强,卫生防疫工作社会效益和经济效益都创造了历史最好水平。
Changping County Health and Anti-epidemic Station carried out the second reform of the personnel and wage system in August 1994 and achieved good results on the basis of implementing professional employment within the technical position and reform of the personnel and distribution system for internal wages. The work enthusiasm of the staff has been further improved, the overall technical level of the entire station has been significantly enhanced, and the social and economic benefits of the epidemic prevention work have created the best level in history.
