党的十九大作出了＂我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段＂的科学论断。江苏省委十三届三次全会明确,推动高质量发展,是江苏作为东部发达省份必须扛起的重大责任。作为江苏经济发展的重要支撑、创业创新的主体力量、吸纳就业的主要渠道和创造社会财富的主要来源,民营经济的高质量发展在江苏经济转型中的作用不言而喻。截至2017年,江苏全省民营企业累计达259万户,占企业总数的89%。实现增加值58326.
