本文概要介绍我组研制交流等离子体显示板(以下简称ACPDP)的情况。首先,将叙述ACPDP的概况、基本结构和工作原理,然后介绍我组128×128线板及显示装置的基本特点以及影响参数的因数。本文分析了影响ACPDP寿命的因素,并寻找出一种增长寿命的工艺,按照这种工艺制造ACPDP和数字板,其寿命可达5000小时以上,着火电压可降到100伏左右。另外,本文也将介绍ACPDP的应用情况。
This article provides an overview of the AC plasma display panels developed by our group (hereinafter referred to as ACPDP). First, we will describe the general situation, basic structure and working principle of ACPDP, and then introduce the basic characteristics of 128 × 128 line board and display device in our group and the factors that affect the parameters. This article analyzes the factors that affect the life of ACPDP and looks for a process that increases life expectancy. ACPDP and digital boards manufactured according to this process have a life expectancy of over 5000 hours and an ignition voltage of about 100V. In addition, this article will also introduce the application of ACPDP.
