目的与方法 :采用精子畸形试验、微核试验、Ames试验和大鼠传统致畸试验 ,对天麻花粉片的致突变性和致畸性进行了研究。结果 :3个剂量组的微核率和精子畸形率与阴性对照组比较差异无显著性 ,各剂量组的回变菌落数均未超过溶剂对照组的 2倍 ,未见母体毒性和致畸性。结论 :在本实验条件下 ,天麻花粉片未见致突变性和致畸性。
PURPOSE AND METHOD: The mutagenicity and teratogenicity of gastrodia elata were studied by sperm deformity test, micronucleus test, Ames test and traditional rat teratogenicity test. Results: There was no significant difference in micronucleus rate and sperm deformity between the three dose groups and the negative control group, and the number of returned colonies in each dose group did not exceed twice that of the solvent control group. No maternal toxicity or teratogenicity . Conclusion: Under the experimental conditions, no mutagenicity and teratogenicity were observed in gastrodin.
