目的对云南少数民族贫困大学生的心理防御方式调查分析,为心理健康教育提供可靠的理论依据。方法采用防御方式问卷(DSQ)对云南中医学院的少数民族贫困大学生(n=237)进行调查分析。结果云南少数民族贫困大学生的不成熟型防御机制显著高于汉族普通学生,而成熟防御机制和中间型防御机制稍低于汉族普通学生。结论云南少数民族贫困大学生多以不成熟的防御方式来降低心理压力,缓解心理冲突,存在发生心理障碍的较大隐患。
Objective To investigate and analyze the psychological defense methods of poor minority students in Yunnan Province and provide a reliable theoretical basis for mental health education. Methods A questionnaire of defense style (DSQ) was used to investigate the undergraduates (n = 237) of ethnic minorities in Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results The underdeveloped defensive mechanism of poor minority students in Yunnan was significantly higher than that of Han normal students, while the mature defensive mechanism and intermediate defensive mechanism were slightly lower than that of Han normal students. Conclusion The poor students from minority ethnic groups in Yunnan use immature defensive methods to reduce psychological stress and alleviate psychological conflicts, posing a big hidden danger of psychological disorders.
