采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了时效处理对节镍型双相不锈钢LDX2101析出物的影响,利用动电位极化曲线和慢应变速率拉伸试验研究了时效处理(700℃分别保温0.5、1、2、8和24 h)对点蚀和应力腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,时效使材料在α/α及α/γ界面析出了Cr2N和γ2,随时效时间延长,析出物逐渐增多,同时材料耐点蚀性逐渐下降。而时效时间对应力腐蚀的影响较为复杂,0.5 h以及8 h以上的时效均导致应力腐蚀抗力减小,但1 h和2 h的时效并没有使应力腐蚀行为发生明显变化。
The effects of aging treatment on the precipitates of nickel-free duplex stainless steel LDX2101 were studied by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of aging treatment (700 ℃, 0.5,1,2, respectively) were studied by potentiodynamic polarization curve and slow strain rate tensile test. , 8 and 24 h) on pitting and stress corrosion behavior. The results show that aging causes the precipitation of Cr2N and γ2 at the α / α and α / γ interfaces. With the aging time prolonged, the precipitates gradually increase, and the pitting resistance of the material decreases gradually. However, the effect of aging time on stress corrosion is more complicated. The aging resistance of 0.5 h and 8 h results in the decrease of stress corrosion resistance, but the aging of 1 h and 2 h does not change the stress corrosion behavior significantly.
