吕氏益泉胶囊是吕承全老师的经验方,主要成分为肉桂和鹿茸,临床用于治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小管损伤,疗效颇佳,在此基础上,我们开展了吕氏益泉胶囊对慢性肾小管损伤大鼠氨基酸影响的实验研究,现报告如下。 材料与方法 1.实验动物 SD系大鼠48只,雌雄各半,体重180-220g,由陕西省中医药研究院实验动物研究室提供。在陕西中医学院中心实验室动物观察室,用自动冲洗式实验动物笼饲养,适应性喂养一周后,正式进入实验,自然光线照射,供给清洁水。 2.实验饲料 每100g大鼠标准精饲料(其组成为:豆饼20％、面粉20％、豆粉20％、玉米粉15％、麸子15％、高梁粉10％)中加入0.75g腺嘌呤充分混匀,在第四军医大学实验动物中心压制成固体饲料、置干燥箱烘干备用。
