家猪驯化之初,如何鉴别其与野猪的差异,至今尚没有理想的科学方法.为此采用C,N稳定同位素分析方法,对吉林省通化市万发拨子遗址26座墓葬及灰坑中出土的猪骨进行了分析,揭示了该遗址中家猪和野猪在食物结构上的差异,探讨了采用食谱分析方法鉴别家猪与野猪的可行性.未污染猪骨的骨胶原δ13C和δ15N分析显示,猪主要以C3类植物为食.家猪与野猪的δ13C值无明显差异,但δ15N值的差异显著,这当与家猪食物中包含较多的蛋白质有关.家猪与野猪食谱的内在差异,预示着通过食谱分析方法科学鉴别家猪与野猪和探索家猪起源,将具有广阔的前景.
