研究了不同细度矿粉对水泥强度、流动度等性能的影响。将不同超细矿粉掺量用于PHC管桩混凝土,在常压蒸养和高压蒸养两种养护条件下进行性能对比研究,结果表明:在蒸养条件下,掺入超细矿粉可较大幅度提高混凝土的早期强度,且后期强度持续增长。通过提高混凝土中胶凝材料的用量可实现掺超细矿粉PHC管桩的免压蒸养生产。
The effect of slag with different fineness on the properties of cement strength and fluidity was studied. Different amount of ultra-fine mineral powder used in PHC pile concrete, under atmospheric curing autoclave and high-pressure steam curing under the conditions of two performance comparison study showed that: in the steam curing conditions, the incorporation of ultrafine slag powder More substantial increase in the early strength of concrete, and the continued strength of the late growth. By increasing the amount of cementitious material in the concrete can be achieved without pressure steaming PHC pipe pile superfine powder production.
