以2个亚麻品种为试验材料,在不同浓度高pH值(NaOH)、中性盐(NaCl)、碱性盐(NaHCO3或Na2CO3)和混合盐(NaHCO3和Na2CO3混合)胁迫处理下,对种子萌发期耐盐碱性进行了比较研究,主要进行了亚麻种子萌发期相对发芽势、相对发芽率、根长、下胚轴长及鲜重的测量。结果表明:(1)高pH值胁迫对2个品种的所有指标影响不大,其它胁迫条件下各指标数值均随胁迫浓度的升高而减少,2个品种对中性盐的耐受性好于碱性盐;(2)在中性盐胁迫下,黑亚14号的耐受性好于Diane,在碱性盐和混合盐胁迫下,Diane耐受性好于黑亚14号;(3)亚麻进行耐盐碱品种筛选采取的最适胁迫浓度为:150mM NaCl、15mM Na2CO3和30mM NaHCO3。本研究结果将为亚麻耐盐碱种质资源的筛选提供依据。
Two flax cultivars were used as experimental materials to germinate seeds under the stress of high pH (NaOH), neutral salt (NaCl), alkaline salt (NaHCO3 or Na2CO3) and mixed salt (NaHCO3 and Na2CO3) The results showed that the relative germination energy, relative germination rate, root length, hypocotyl length and fresh weight of flax seeds were mainly measured. The results showed that: (1) high pH stress had little effect on all the indexes of the two cultivars. Under the condition of other stress, the values of all indexes decreased with the increase of stress concentration, and the tolerance of two cultivars to neutral salt was good (2) Under the neutral salt stress, the resistance of Heiya 14 to Diane was better than Diane 14 under the condition of alkaline salt and mixed salt stress; (3) ) Flax for salt-tolerant species selection to take the most appropriate stress concentration: 150mM NaCl, 15mM Na2CO3 and 30mM NaHCO3. The results of this study will provide the basis for selection of flax salt-resistant germplasm resources.
