本文论述了电磁搅拌装置中感应器的原理和结构,从电磁场理论出发,建立了感应器的数学模型,利用有限元法得到了磁场在空间的分布,并且实现了电磁力的大致估算,最后比较了理论计算数据和实验数据,结果证明用该方法分析电磁场的分布是可行的。
This paper discusses the principle and structure of the inductor in the electromagnetic stirring device. Starting from the electromagnetic field theory, the mathematical model of the inductor is established. The distribution of the magnetic field in space is obtained by the finite element method, and the electromagnetic force is roughly estimated. Finally, The theoretical calculation data and experimental data show that this method is feasible to analyze the electromagnetic field distribution.
