钢结构由于具有强度高、可靠性高、生产工厂化程度高、施工速度快等优势,在电站结构类型中所占比重越来越大。如何在保障安全、质量的前提下提高钢结构安装效率,对项目的盈利起着至关重要的作用。结合巴基斯坦卡西姆港燃煤电站项目施工实践,对影响钢结构安装效率的各个因素进行比对分析,通过改进“单件吊装次结构”、“桁架组合”、“井字架吊装”3种典型钢结构施工方法,可以有效提高钢结构安装效率、降低施工成本。
Due to its advantages of high strength, high reliability, high degree of industrialized production and fast construction speed, the steel structure is becoming more and more important in the structure types of power stations. How to improve the efficiency of steel structure installation under the premise of ensuring safety and quality plays a crucial role in the profitability of the project. Combining with the construction practice of coal-fired power plant in Kashiba Port in Pakistan, the paper analyzes and compares the various factors that affect the efficiency of steel structure installation. By improving the sub-structure of single-piece hoisting, truss combination, Hoisting "3 kinds of typical steel construction methods, can effectively improve the efficiency of steel installation, reduce construction costs.
