目的:探讨硒和维生素E(VE)缺乏与肝细胞凋亡的关系。方法:用偏食低硒低VE饲料喂饲大鼠,用流式细胞术检测肝细胞凋亡小体百分率。结果:偏食低硒低VE组较单纯偏食组(硒和VE适量)有所增加,较常规平衡食组明显增加,差异显著(P<0.05),单纯偏食组较常规平衡食组有所增加。结论:微量营养素缺乏可引起肝细胞凋亡。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between selenium and vitamin E (VE) deficiency and hepatocyte apoptosis. Methods: The rats were fed on partial eclipse low selenium and low VE feed, and the percentage of apoptotic bodies in hepatocytes was detected by flow cytometry. Results: The partial eclipse low selenium low VE group than the simple partial eclipse group (selenium and VE appropriate amount) increased compared with the conventional balanced diet group significantly increased (P <0.05), simple partial eclipse group than the conventional balanced food group increase. Conclusion: Micronutrient deficiency can cause hepatocyte apoptosis.
