目的:建立垂阴茶糖浆岩白菜素的测定方法,方法:λs=275 nm,λR=320 nm,用薄层色谱法测定岩白菜素的含量。结果:岩白菜素在0.505-3.030 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为96.52%。RSD=0.44%。结论:该法灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于该制剂中岩白菜素的含量测定及质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of bergenin in the lynx tea syrup. The method was as follows: λs=275 nm, λR=320 nm. The content of bergenin was determined by thin-layer chromatography. Results: The linearity of bergenin was good in the range of 0.505-3.030 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 96.52%. RSD = 0.44%. Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination and quality control of bergenin in the preparation.
