用实验提示超声复合加工含有硬脆强化相如SiCp、Al2O3p、SiCw等的金属基复合材料,当比例较低时,能有效地减少刀具磨损,提高刀具的耐用度;比例较高时,效果不明显。
Experimental results suggest that ultrasonic composite machining of metal matrix composites containing hard and brittle phases such as SiCp, Al2O3p and SiCw can effectively reduce tool wear and improve the durability of the tool when the ratio is low. When the ratio is high, the effect is not effective obvious.
