从教学实施步骤看,国内的演绎式案例教学法与哈佛等国际名校归纳式案例教学法相比,存在着一些不足:案例的选取简单直白,但讨论的吸引力欠缺;课堂的组织简便易行,但不具学习的主动性;案例的总结简短有限,但理论的深度和高度仍显欠缺;对学生能力的培养有一定作用,但实效有限。对此,应从案例的选取、授课者的培训、学生的参与度等方面进行改进。
From the teaching steps, there are some shortcomings in the domestic deductive case teaching method compared with the inductive case teaching method of international famous universities such as Harvard: the selection of cases is simple and straightforward, but the attractiveness of the discussion is lacking; the organization of the classroom is simple and easy But there is no initiative in learning. The conclusion of the case is short and limited, but the depth and height of the theory are still lacking. The cultivation of students’ abilities has a certain effect, but the actual effect is limited. In this regard, should be from the case selection, training of instructors, student participation and other aspects of improvement.
