简要分析了气门阀座的磨损机理后 ,提出一种在耐热基体中加入硬质相和固体润滑剂的粉末冶金阀座材料。通过对比性实验 ,证明其具有优良的高温强度、耐磨性、耐蚀性 ,能满足无铅汽油发动机的要求。
After briefly analyzing the wear mechanism of the valve seat, a powder metallurgy valve seat material with hard phase and solid lubricant added into the heat-resistant matrix was proposed. Through comparative experiments, it has proved that it has excellent high temperature strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, to meet the requirements of unleaded petrol engines.
