高职课程改革与专业建设正在践行,“双师素质”认证标准需要同步推进。本文以高职物联网专业师资队伍建设为基础,以高职物联网专业建设为主线,分析思考高职物联网专业“双师素质”的评定标准定位与意义。再以教师的基本素质、教学能力、科研能力以及实践能力为主体,构建学历、职称、论文、技能、工程经验、综合实践能力和教学能力为主要指标的物联网专业“双师素质”教师资格认证标准,为同类型专业和学科的高职“双师素质”教师的资格认证标准提供参考。
Higher vocational curriculum reform and professional construction is being implemented, “double qualities ” certification standards need to be synchronized. This article is based on the construction of IOT professional teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, the main line of professional IOT construction in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the positioning and significance of the assessment standard of “Double Qualities ” in IOT. Then with the basic quality of teachers, teaching ability, research ability and practical ability as the main body, the construction of academic qualifications, titles, papers, skills, engineering experience, comprehensive practical ability and teaching ability as the main indicators of the professional “double quality” Teachers qualifications standards for the same type of professional and disciplinary vocational “double qualities” teacher certification standards provide a reference.
