利用来自以色列Gitit的野生二粒小麦(编号:G18-16)与来自欧洲的四倍体栽培小麦Langdon(Ldn)杂交构建的重组自交系F6代152个家系,种植于黔中,进行了主穗重、主穗籽粒重、千粒重、籽粒长、宽和厚等数量性状基因位点(QTL)分析,共检测到16个与产量性状相关的QTL,LOD值为2.1~4.4,贡献率为7.4~39.4%。QTL在染色体上的分布分别为:1B染色体上有两个与主穗重有关;5A和7B上各有一个与主穗籽粒重有关;1A和4B上各有一个与千粒重有关;2A、3A、4B和5A上共有五个与籽粒长有关;5A和7A上三个与籽粒宽有关;5A上两个与籽粒厚有关。获得的QTL可用于分子辅助育种改良现代栽培小麦。
152 families of recombinant inbred lines F6, which were crossed with wild durum wheat (accession number: G18-16) from Gitit in Israel and Langdon (Ldn) from Europe, were planted in Qianzhong, QTL analysis of quantitative trait locus (QTL), panicle weight, main grain weight, 1000-grain weight, grain length, width and thickness detected 16 QTLs related to yield traits with LOD values of 2.1-4.4 and a contribution rate of 7.4 ~ 39.4%. The distribution of QTLs on the chromosomes was: 1 on chromosome 1B was related to main ear weight; 5 on 5A and 7 B were related to the main ear weight; 1 on 1A and 4 B was related to 1000-grain weight; A total of five on 4B and 5A were related to grain length; three on 5A and 7A were related to grain width; and two on 5A were related to grain thickness. The obtained QTL can be used for molecular assisted breeding to improve modern cultivated wheat.
