1981年湛江市进行血红蛋白(Hb)病普查时,发现一家4例慢速异常Hb 先证者,男,23岁,汉族广东濂江县人。祖父、母,父亲健在,母已故去。共查三代人。先证者的父亲,两妹均携带有相同异常Hb,均为杂合子。此4例均身体健康,肝脾无肿大。Hb浓度测定均在正常范围,血涂片偶见红细胞大小不一。先证者的祖父、母及弟未见有异常Hb。Hb醋酸纤维薄膜电泳显示此异常Hb位于 In 1981, Zhanjiang City, hemoglobin (Hb) census, found a slow abnormal 4 cases of Hb proband, male, 23 years old, Han Qiangjiang Han.
