传统出版和新兴出版融合发展的不断深化,对出版企业的组织管理和业务流程产生了革命性的影响,提出了更高的要求。在这种背景下,出版企业需要对既有的组织进行解构,对已有的业务流程重新进行梳理,文章分析中小出版社的经营模式,揭示其组织结构与业务流程的现状及存在的问题,提出针对中小出版社的组织重构与流程再造的构想设计,以期为出版企业实施组织重构与业务流程再造提供一些建议。
The continuous deepening of the integration and development of traditional publishing and emerging publishing has brought a revolutionary impact on the organization and management of the publishing enterprises and the business processes and put forward higher requirements. Under this kind of background, publishing enterprises need to deconstruct the existing organizations and reorganize their existing business processes.
