２１８例便秘患者，其中１１１例使用比沙可啶栓剂治疗，１０７例使用比沙可啶片剂治疗，两组间进行比较，结果总有效率：栓剂１００％，片剂９６．３％；显效率：栓剂９４．６％，片剂７６．６％；平均起效时间：栓剂１．７７ｈ，片剂１１．４５ｈ．两组均无明显毒副作用。
Of 218 patients with constipation, 111 were treated with bisacibacil suppository and 107 were treated with bisacodyl. The total effective rate was 100% for suppository and 96.3% for tablet. The effective rate was Suppository 94.6%, tablet 76.6%; average onset time: suppository 1.77h, tablet 11.45h. No obvious side effects in both groups.
