黄酮类化合物,是指基本构型具有C_6-C_3-C_6这样结构的物质。最初这类化合物的粗制品仅仅在染料方面被应用,本世纪二十年代,国外把檞皮素、芦丁用于临床后,才开始引人注目,几十年来,在天然植物中已发现了数百种不同类型的黄酮类化合物,其中相当一部分,具有显著的生理活性,对此,国内外都有过报告。本文试从黄酮体的化学结构和药理作用的相关性,作一简介。 Flavonoids refer to substances whose basic configuration has a structure of C 6 -C 3 -C 6 . The crude products of this type of compound were originally only used in dyes. In the 1920s, quercetin and rutin were used abroad after they were used clinically. They began to attract attention. For decades, they have been found in natural plants. Hundreds of different types of flavonoids, a considerable part of which have significant physiological activity, have been reported at home and abroad. This article tries to give an introduction from the correlation of the chemical structure and pharmacological effects of flavonoids.
