目的:优选微波法提取土木香根中土木香内酯和异土木香内酯的工艺条件。方法:以土木香内酯和异土木香内酯含量为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、微波辐射时间和提取温度等因素对提取工艺的影响,采用HPLC测定指标成分含量。结果:土木香内酯和异土木香内酯的最佳微波提取工艺为乙醇体积分数90%,料液比1∶15,微波时间180 s,提取温度45℃。结论:优选的微波提取工艺具有稳定可行、节约时间、能耗低等优点。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the technological conditions for the extraction of eribulin and isomelactone from eugenol root by microwave method. Methods: Based on the content of gentiolanol and isoflavone, the effects of ethanol volume fraction, solid-to-liquid ratio, microwave irradiation time and extraction temperature on the extraction process were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal experiment. HPLC Determination of the content of the index components. Results: The best microwave extraction technology for gentiolanol and isomerised lactone was 90% of ethanol, 1:15 of material to liquid ratio, 180 s of microwave time and 45 ℃ of extraction temperature. Conclusion: The microwave extraction process has the advantages of being stable and feasible, saving time and low energy consumption.
