与境外一些政策性住宅金融管理模式 融资机制相比较,我国住房公积金制度存在若干值得考虑的问题。 (一)配贷对象问题 我国住房公积金在配贷时,只注重借款人的支付能力,很少评估他对住房储蓄的贡献。许多城市的住房公积金配贷既无最低储蓄年限要求,也无最低存款限制,贷款额依资金充裕程度而定。
Compared with the financing mechanism of some financial management models of residential property in foreign countries, there are some problems worth considering in China’s housing provident fund system.
