以FBDC№9.0/2×30矿用防爆抽出式对旋轴流局部通风机(叶轮直径0.9 m,2级,单级功率30 kW)为研究对象,按照一定的简化原则,利用有限元分析软件─ANSYS对其叶轮建立了接近实际的三维有限元计算模型,经过模态分析,确定了叶轮的振动特性,得出了叶轮的前6阶固有频率和模态振型,结果表明该叶轮不存在共振现象。样机试验及用户的实际使用证实,叶轮的计算模型正确,分析结果可靠。计算和分析方法为轴流局部通风机叶轮的设计与进一步的动力学分析和研究提供了参考。
Taking FBDC №9.0 / 2 × 30 mine explosion-proof centrifugal axial fan (0.9 m in diameter, 2 in diameter and 30 kW in single-stage) as the research object, according to a certain simplified principle, finite element analysis software --ANSYS established a nearly three-dimensional finite element model of its impeller. After modal analysis, the vibration characteristics of the impeller were determined, the first 6 natural frequencies and mode shapes of the impeller were obtained, and the results showed that the impeller did not exist Resonance phenomenon. Prototype test and the actual use of the user confirmed that the impeller calculation model is correct, the analysis results are reliable. The methods of calculation and analysis provide references for the design of axial-flow partial fan impeller and further dynamic analysis and research.
