自从本世纪初美国第一个钢铁成分分析标准物质问世以来,标准物质的研制和应用得到迅速的发展,应用范围不断扩大。从地质、冶金发展到化工、机械、食品、医药、生物、环境、农业等,几乎涉及到国民经济、科学技术各个领域。 目前我国已研制出各种类型的标准物质上千余种,其中有一级标准物质500多种。这些标准物质广泛应用于各种测量的质量保证,生产过程中的质量控制与产品质量检验,测量方法与测量仪器的评价与校准,合作实验室的质量
