试验表明,在相同种植规格下,随着插植苗数(1,3,5苗)增加,杂交稻“桂优一号”的叶绿素和茎叶总糖含量上升,全氮量下降,而常规稻“激青”的茎叶总糖含量减少,全氮量略有提高。杂交稻单苗插植表现出碳氮代谢旺盛、干物积累和运转较高的杂交优势。在籽粒发育的前中期,杂交稻灌浆高于常规品种,后期,随苗数增加,速度减慢,最后低于常规品种。随着插植苗数增加,杂交稻的空秕粒率上升,而常规品种则下降。抽穗时茎鞘干重和颖花数的比值与空粒率成显著的负相关。
The results showed that under the same planting specifications, the total nitrogen content of hybrid rice “Guiyou No.1” increased with the increase of the number of seedlings (1, 3, 5 seedlings) The total sugar content of stems and leaves of “excited green” decreased, and the total nitrogen content increased slightly. Hybrid rice single seedling planting showed carbon and nitrogen metabolism, dry matter accumulation and high hybridization advantage. In the middle and early stages of grain development, the hybrid rice had higher grain filling than the conventional varieties. In the late stage, the seedling number increased and the speed slowed down, finally lower than the conventional varieties. With the increase of planting seedlings, the percentages of rice grains in hybrid rice increased, while that of conventional varieties decreased. The ratio of dry weight to the number of spikelets at heading was significantly and negatively correlated with the percentage of empty grains.
