随着行政体制改革的不断深入，现代政府如何协调内外关系，以求得更多的理解和支持，从而更好地发挥政府各部门的相关职能，这是摆在每个领导者面前，应该加以认真思考的问题。在此，本文从政府公共关系的角度，探讨了现代政府如何协调内部员工的关系，如何协调与社区公众的关系以及和媒介公众的关系。
