目的通过检测健康人群W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌抗体水平,了解健康人群感染情况和免疫水平,为预防流行性脑脊髓膜炎提供依据。方法 2011年10月—2012年3月,按年龄分层随机抽样,采集0~74岁人群血清1084份,用ELISA法检测W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌多糖抗体IgG含量,以抗体浓度≥2μg/mL为阳性。结果调查对象中W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌抗体阳性率为11.81%,人群抗体几何平均浓度(GMC)为(1.49±0.80)μg/mL,阳性者GMC为(3.09±0.91)μg/mL,抗体阳性率在0岁~、1岁~、10岁~、20岁~、30岁~和40岁~组分别为6.15%、3.24%、9.48%、18.60%、18.99%和13.17%,以20~39岁组为最高;抗体阳性率和抗体GMC在各年龄组之间差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论健康人群W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌抗体水平普遍较低,应加强对脑膜炎奈瑟菌监测,严防W135群流脑暴发流行。
Objective To detect the level of antibodies against Neisseria meningitides in W135 healthy people and to understand the infection and immune status of healthy people and to provide basis for prevention of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis. Methods From October 2011 to March 2012, 1084 serum samples from 0 to 74 years old were collected randomly by age and stratified. Serum IgG content of Neisseria meningitidis W135 antibody was detected by ELISA. Antibody concentration was ≥2μg / mL is positive. Results The positive rate of Neisseria meningitidis antibody in group W135 was 11.81%, the mean geometric mean antibody concentration (GMC) was (1.49 ± 0.80) μg / mL and the positive GMC was (3.09 ± 0.91) μg / mL. The antibody The positive rates were 6.15%, 3.24%, 9.48%, 18.60%, 18.99% and 13.17% in the range of 0 to 1 year, 10 to 20 years, 30 to 40 years, The highest level of 39-year-old group; antibody positive rate and antibody GMC in all age groups were statistically significant (P all <0.01). Conclusion The levels of Neisseria meningitidis antibodies in W135 group are generally low. Monitoring Neisseria meningitidis should be strengthened to prevent outbreak of W135 meningitis.
