针对某主题乐园项目设计参与单位众多、设计质量难以协调保障以及传统项目进度和成本管理存在的弊端,通过研究制订了严格的项目设计质量流程管控措施,并引进了赢得值法对项目设计进度、成本进行管理控制,确保了该项目质量、进度和成本的优化配置。
