IgA肾病是全世界最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,是引起终末期肾功能衰竭的重要原因之一。IgA肾病以蛋白尿和(或)血尿为主要表现,病情变化轻重不一。大量研究显示多种炎症因子,细胞因子等参与了IgA肾病病理损伤过程,其在尿液中的表达及变化在评估IgA肾病疾病活动性,检测疾病进展程度及评价疗效,评估预后等方面有重要意义。现就近年来对IgA肾病尿液生物标记物的研究进展作一综述。
