干部人事档案管理和利用工作是高职院校管理工作的重要组成部分。高职院校干部人事档案能充分反映出干部个人德、能、勤、绩,是个人工作行为的轨迹;是选贤举能的重要载体。可见,管好用好干部人事档案,对干部人事制度的改革举足轻重。高职院校在干部人事档案管理工作中,不仅要提高思想认识,强化服务职能,还要采取有效措施,从制度上创更新,从内容上更新,积极探索干部人事档案管理和利用模式,提升人事档案管理利用水平,充分发挥出人事档案应有的作用,以期对高职院校干部人事档案管理与利用工作实践提供借鉴和指导。
The management and utilization of cadre personnel files is an important part of the management of higher vocational colleges. Personnel files of cadres in higher vocational colleges can fully reflect cadres’ personal morality, ability, diligence and performance, and they are the tracks of personal work behaviors. They are important carriers of selecting and imparting talents. It can be seen that the management of cadres and personnel files is of great importance to the reform of the cadre personnel system. In the management of personnel records of cadres, vocational colleges should not only improve their ideological understanding and service functions, but also take effective measures to create new systems and update contents in order to actively explore and improve the management and utilization patterns of personnel files in cadres. The utilization of personnel records management level, give full play to the role of personnel files should be, with a view to higher vocational colleges cadre personnel files management and use of practice to provide reference and guidance.
