新疆能化通过引进项目管理系统,有效的克服了项目多、地域广、沟通困难、信息重复录入、项目纵横分析比较困难等传统管理的弊端,通过加强信息共享、加快信息传递和方便信息获得,实现了各项目单位与上级集团的有效沟通,降低了企业管理难度和成本,提高了企业经济效益,提升了项目管理水平,对企业发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
