为提高玄武岩纤维混凝土的压拉性能,将钢渣粉掺入玄武岩纤维混凝土中,进行了不同掺量下钢渣粉对玄武岩纤维混凝土7 d和28 d压拉强度影响试验,并对试验结果进行了分析。试验结果表明:相比于基准混凝土,玄武岩纤维钢渣粉混凝土在钢渣粉掺量分别为12%、15%、18%时,其28 d抗压强度分别提高2.1%、2,6%、-1%;28 d劈裂抗拉强度分别提高4.1%、9.2%、-1%。钢渣粉掺量15%时为合适掺量,28 d抗压、劈裂抗拉强度均达到最大。钢渣粉的掺入使混凝土7 d压拉强度低于基准混凝土且随着钢渣粉掺量增加而降低,不能用7 d压拉强度推测28 d压拉强度。
In order to improve the tensile properties of basalt fiber reinforced concrete, the steel slag powder was incorporated into basalt fiber reinforced concrete. The effect of steel slag powder on the tensile strength of basalt fiber reinforced concrete at 7 d and 28 d was tested and the test results were analyzed . The experimental results show that the compressive strength of basalt fiber steel slag concrete increases by 2.1%, 2,6%, and -1 at 28 d when the slag content is 12%, 15% and 18%, respectively %; 28 d splitting tensile strength increased by 4.1%, 9.2%, - 1%. Slag powder content of 15% for the appropriate dosage, 28 d compression, splitting tensile strength reached the maximum. Slag powder mixed 7 d concrete tensile strength is lower than the benchmark concrete and with the increase of steel slag powder content decreases, can not be used 7 d compressive strength estimated 28 d compressive strength.
