目的 摸清从事X射线诊断、临床核医学和放射治疗的单位、设备及工作人员的基本状况 ,掌握公众每年接受各类型X射线诊断、临床核医学和放射治疗的诊治频率 ,以便为制定医学发展规划提供依据。方法 分三个阶段 ,即普查、分层抽样和典型调查。结果 1996和 1998年山东省远距离和近距离放射治疗频率分别为 1.46人次 千人口和 1.68人次 千人口 ;临床核医学诊断频率分别为 0 .3 2人次 千人口和 0 .41人次 千人口 ,而治疗频率分别为0 .0 15人次 千人口和 0 .0 2 1人次 千人口 ;各种类型的X射线检查和介入放射学诊疗频率分别为 197.8人次 千人口和2 0 0 .0人次 千人口 ,其中以胸部透视为主 ,占总检查人数的 3 9%。结论 山东省医用辐射应用非常广泛且发展迅速。依据联合国原子辐射效应科学委员会 (UNSCEAR)的分级情况综合分析 ,山东省的医用辐射服务水平应属于二级偏下水平。
Objective To find out the basic conditions of units, equipment and staff engaged in X-ray diagnosis, clinical nuclear medicine and radiotherapy, and to master the frequency of diagnosis and treatment of various types of X-ray diagnoses, clinical nuclear medicine and radiation therapy received annually by the public in order to formulate medical developments Planning to provide the basis. The method is divided into three phases, namely census, stratified sampling and typical survey. Results The frequency of distance and brachytherapy in Shandong Province in 1996 and 1998 were 1.46 person-times and 1.68 person-times, respectively. The frequency of clinical nuclear medicine diagnosis was 0.32 and 0.41 respectively. The frequency of treatment was 0.015 person-times a thousand and 0.021 persons per thousand respectively. The frequencies of various types of X-ray examination and interventional radiology were 197.8 persons and 200.0 persons respectively, Among them, chest fluoroscopy was the mainstay, accounting for 39% of the total number of examinations. Conclusion The medical radiation in Shandong Province is widely used and rapidly developed. According to a comprehensive analysis of the grading of the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation (UNSCEAR), the level of medical radiation service in Shandong Province should belong to the second-level lower level.
